As potatoes are comprised of nearly all water potato pellets are safe for kids all of ages. To load simply insert the end of the barrel into a dry potato & pull out the plug.  You can expect up to 300 shots per potato - depending on the size. Shooting & reloading is very simple and detailed directions are included. Pellets fire best when potato is dry / cold.
