Order Acceptance
 
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.  Zymetrical, Inc. reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer, for any reason. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order, to ensure accuracy or identity.

Account Information
 
Zymetrical reserves the right to deny credit to any person, or any business.  Zymetrical, Inc. reserves the right to close any account, without prior notification.  A $29 service fee will be charged for any bounced checks or any wrongful chargebacks, and a 1.5% interest fee will be applied, per month, to all overdue account balances.

Limitation on Liability
