We ship each weekday, Monday thru Friday, excluding nationally recognized U.S. holidays. Unless otherwise noted, all in stock orders placed before
3pm EST (3:30pm EST for UPS Next Day Air) are processed the very same business day. All out of stock or backordered items are
clearly marked as such on our site, however in the rare event of an
inventory discrepancy you will be notified promptly.
A UPS tracking# or a United States Postal Service delivery confirmation# will be emailed to you and will also available in your account once your order ships. Note that it may take up to 1 full business day for delivery information to be updated by the carrier.
When will I receive my order?
For all domestic orders the shipping options available to you will depend on the shipping location & weight. Information on international orders is below. With the exception of UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air, all timeframes in the table below are estimates provided the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Do you ship to my country?
There is a pretty good chance that we do! If your country is in the dropdown list below, then yes*

If your country is missing from the above list then we are unable to ship to your location due to costs, government imposed sanctions, or a high incident of fraud. Due to customs & other things outside of our control we are not able to provide a shipping timeframe for overseas shipments, however as a general rule of thumb Airmail is typically fast (days), and Surface Mail or Parcel Post is generally slow (weeks). All international parcels are sent with a delivery confirmation number which is traceable. Note that shipping fees are determined solely by the carrier, and can be cost-prohibitive or disproportionately high to some locations or for some items.
Depending on the total value of your order, your government will likely charge you customs fees or import taxes -- please check with your customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure about these fees. Additional verification, including but not limited to faxing a copy of your credit card, may be required to process some international shipments. Certain items can not be shipped internationally and are noted such on each respective product page.
Can you ship a package to someone else for me?
Abso-fricken-lutely!. If you want to mail someone a package simply enter their address in checkout. Write NO INVOICE in the order notes if you don't want an invoice with prices shown. Gift messages can be entered in the same box at no extra cost. All packages ship in plain unmarked boxes from "Zymetrical.com Shipping Dept."
Can I ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes?
If you want to send something to a PO box we recommend USPS mail. If sending something to an APO or FPO box you must select USPS mail. Note that if sending to an APO or FPO you need to enter the full address, including the full name, grade and PSC. (And don't be surprised if we throw in some extra goodies for the troops on APO & FPO packages). Please allow 2-4 weeks for military mail to be delivered & also note that tracking is not available for security reasons.
