How much is shipping? We charge actual shipping costs, which are based on the weight of your order and zipcode. We do not profit off of shipping.
To calculate shipping options & charges without leaving the product page, first add one or more items to your cart & then enter your zipcode in the right sidebar. You do not have to enter the checkout process to calculate this. |  |
| How quickly will I receive my order?
We ship 5 or more days a week, excluding holidays. 99% of orders placed before 1:59pm EST are processed the same business day. Note that all orders with standard shipping are shipped in the manner in which they were placed therefore the amount of time it takes to process your order may vary depending on seasonal demand. Please also note that UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO & FPO addresses

Can you ship a package to someone else for me? If your shipping address differs from your billing, or if you want to mail someone a package simply enter the separate shipping option in checkout. Write NO INVOICE in the order notes if you don't want a packing list included. If you want to include a brief message with your package in the order notes we will be happy to do that at no cost. The label will be from the non-descript "Zymetrical.com" shipping department, so they won't automatically know what is inside.
Can I have a package shippedfaster?
Absolutely! Orders weighing 20 lbs or less are eligible for UPS Next Day Air & UPS 2nd Day Air in checkout. For larger orders & all other shipping needs, email customer service AFTER ordering so that they can manually upgrade shipping for you.
| How can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
If you want to send something to the troops or to an army base you must select USPS priority. Be sure to enter the full address, including the full name, grade and PSC. Allow any military mail 2-4 weeks for delivery. Note that the military does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation services for security reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products we are not able to ship anything without a tracking number, and UPS international is disproportionately high on small / light orders. We hope to export to additional countries in 2010.
