How quickly will I receive my order?
Every effort is made to ship orders out as quickly as
possible. All orders are shipped in the manner in which they were placed, therefore the amount of time it takes to process your order
may vary on season or demand. Our goal is to get everything out
within 1, or at most 2 business days (M-F).
An automated email will be sent w/ your tracking or delivery confirmation#
once your order has been shipped. You may check the status of your order(s) through our website in your account.
UPS ground is recommended for most orders.

Can you ship a package to someone else for me? Yes, of course. Upon checking out, you will be asked to enter your "Billing" information and the "Shipping" information. If you wish to have this shipped to someone else, just
enter the shipping address there. As a matter of policy, for
the benefit of customers ordering gifts as well as customers drop-shipping orders, invoices will not be included when the
shipping address differs from the billing address. If you are having a package shipped to
someone other than yourself and would like an invoice included,
you must specify that upon checking out.
Can I have a package shipped
faster?
Yes, we offer next day air, next day air early am, second day air am,
second day air, and 3 day air. There are instructions of how to go about
doing this during the checkout process. Extra charges
generally apply. We can't guarantee orders placed after 3pm
will be shipped the same business day.

How
can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
If
you want to send something to the boys, select USPS priority & enter their APO or FPO
address in the checkout "shipping" section. Be sure to
have the full city & state filled out, as well as the full name,
grade and PSC. Allow any military mail 2-4 weeks for
delivery. Note that
the military does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation
services for security reasons. UPS does not deliver to APO
address'.
Do you ship
internationally?
All international
orders are shipped via UPS due to the lack of reliability with
other carriers. No exceptions, do not ask. We understand that
costs may be high to some countries, especially for orders that are small or weigh very little. We apologize for that. Shipping is not available to all countries. A phone# is required for all international shipments. Leaving this field blank in the checkout process will delay your order.
All payments must be in the form of USD. As a preventative fraud measure, additional verification may be
needed for international orders. We reserve the right to
refuse shipments to certain countries where credit card fraud is prevalent.
Note that duties, taxes, processing or brokerage fees may be charged
for your order, of which we have no control. Please contact your
local customs office for more information. Also note that we are
not able to mark orders as "gifts" in order for customers to
circumvent these fees.
