Merchandise Returns Policy: | |
We have a 30 day satisfaction period upon receipt of your
order. Simply return any item(s) within 30 days, for any
reason, and a
refund or exchange will be given with no questions asked
providing it meets the criteria below. Please note
that shipping charges are non refundable, and there will be
a mandatory 15% restocking fee for all returns, less damage
or the wrong item being sent.
Any products being returned must be in the condition in
which they arrived to be eligible for a refund or exchange
-- unwrapped, unopened and in a resalable state, less
damage. You must notify us within 72hrs if
you receive a defective product, if your package arrives
damaged, or if you are missing items. Shipping charges
are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded,
less damage, or if the error was on
our end, such as sending you the wrong product(s). We
will not accept C.O.D. returns. The original merchandise
must be received before any refund or exchange can be
processed.
 Damages
from Shipping
If products arrive damaged from shipping, you need to
file a claim with the carrier who delivered your order before a refund or
replacement can be issued. Save the package,
packaging, and contact the carrier immediately.
Orders Refused by Customers
If an order is
refused by a customer it will not be reshipped under any
circumstances. If an order is returned "undeliverable" as a result of incorrect
information on the customer part, we reserve the right to
charge additional shipping to have the package reshipped.
Shipping charges will not be refunded if the order is not
cancelled prior to being shipped, or if a package is
refused.

Shocking
Products Because of the delicate mechanisms involved, we can not
offer any guarantees, nor can we replace shocking products
that are damaged by misuse. We test all of our
shocking products before they are shipped, and we take
careful measures to ensure they arrive to you in working
condition. If for any reason however, you receive a
shocking product that does not work - please contact us.
Please remember to check the batteries before contacting us,
as this is a common problem that may cause the product not
