We gladly accept purchase orders for all government agencies & 501(c)3 institutions (including schools, churches, public libraries, charities, and all other federally recognized* non-profit organizations).  We do not accept commercial purchase orders.  Our order minimum for all purchase orders is just $50, for orders of lesser value you may pre-pay by credit card or mail in payment.

To pay by PO simply select this option in checkout & your organization will be billed once the merchandise has shipped.  In most cases these orders are processed as normal, however we may require additional verification in some instances before shipment.  Please do not submit purchase orders without first placing an online order.  When inquiring about a purchase order you have placed, in order to assist you better please reference our order# and not your internal PO#.

For your records Zymetrical, Inc. is incorporated in the commonwealth of Virginia and our Federal Tax ID# is 06-1832052. A W-9 is available upon request.

Virginia Tax Exempt Status

We are required by state law to charge a 5% sales tax to all orders shipped within the commonwealth of Virginia.  At this time, we are not required to charge sales tax to any order shipped outside of VA.  If you are in Virginia AND are also tax exempt please note such when ordering.  If you are not already in our system you may be asked to fax exempt documentation to (804) 684-8644.

Payment should be be remitted upon receipt of merchandise to the following.  Please reference your order# with payment to avoid delay.
