Virginia state law requires all companies to collect sales tax from residents receiving merchandise in states where the company has established offices. All orders shipped to the commonwealth of Virginia, will be charged a 5.0% sales tax. If your business or organization is tax-exempt, you must include your EIN# in the order notes when placing an order to waive sales tax.
At this time, we are only required to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to Virginia. People in Washington may change that at a later date. |
