You may add items to an existing order as long as it is not "in progress". If you would like to add anything to a pre-existing order that has not been shipped,email us

| Is my credit card information safe if I use your website? 
Yes. Studies show that using your credit card online is safer then using it at a grocery store, the mall - or any "brick & mortar" establishment. All information, including your credit card numbers, is encrypted with 128SSL security layers while you are shopping at Zymetrical. You may notice this change in your browser, when you are redirected to our secure server (https://) upon checking out. Furthermore, all of our credit card transactions require the CVC number (a unique 3 digit code on the back of the card) to ensure the card is in the person's possession when placing the order, adding an extra layer of security.

Why is your stuff so much cheaper?
If you have ever looked at novelties elsewhere, you will quickly notice that our prices are as much as 200-300% less than other stores and websites selling the same products. Although we sell to the general public, we are a distributor, unlike many of our competitors. This allows us to purchase large amounts of inventory directly from a variety of manufacturers that we have spent years building relationships with. Along with other cost-cutting measures, this enables us to pass on significant savings to all of our customers, on all of our products, everyday.
