How to find products

If searching for a specific product, type in a keyword or 2 in the searchbox at top right corner of our site, or view our full product listing.  You can also browse through our products using the navigation to the left.

How to order products

Please note that we do not accept phone or fax orders.  All of our products can be ordered here through our online catalog.  When you find an item you are interested in, click on the "add to cart" button for that item, and it will be instantly added to your online cart.  Your entire shopping cart will remain viewable (unlike many websites) the entire time you are remain on our site, so that you can add or remove items or change quantities at any time, on any page.  When you are ready to make your purchase, simply click on the checkout button and follow the prompts to complete your order.
 

How to I checkout

Our checkout process is not unlike Amazon, or any number of other e-commerce sites you are surely already familiar with.  We will ask you to enter your billing & shipping address (if shipped to a separate work address, or as a gift) for your contact information, and after confirming your order, and your payment information.  We accept credit cards using 128bit SSL encryption, or you may pay by checks/money orders.  view all payments we accept


 
Paying by check or money order?

If you would like to pay with a check or money order, it is as easy as selecting that option when checking out.  You will be given an address and payment instructions on the next screen, after your order has been placed.  Be sure to include your order#, or your order will be delayed.  We accept Money Orders, Checks and Cash (at your discretion).  Make all money payable to "Zymetrical".  If you send in money without placing an order it will be sent back to you.

What if I have a special discount or promotional code?
 

If you have a discount code, from a previous invoice for example, enter that during the checkout process where prompted.  Once you have entered any valid codes, the amount will automatically be deducted from your total.
